New England Stamper: Get Well Card for Lynn

September 29, 2010

Get Well Card for Lynn

Many of you in the stamping world know Lynn Stevens. She's been sick and is still in the hospital - here's the card that I mailed to her today.

The image is stamped onto a piece of gessoed Book Page Background and both the image and sentiment are from retired SU sets. You can see a close up below. I used this week's 411 sketch as my inspiration for the layout of the card.

Please keep Lynn in your thoughts - she has a long recovery ahead of her.

On a more cheerful note, check out the blog roll in sidebar. It's the updated Gingersnap Creations Design Team. We welcomed some awesome new members to our team - Helene, Jules, Lucy, Penny, Petra and Stephanie. They are incredibly talented ladies - go visit their blogs and be inspired!

Its a gorgeous lushious card Ali, and am sure Lynn will love it. I know a lot of people, including myself would love to send her a card or something to wish her a speedy recovery, has anything been organised so they could be collected in bulk and then posted do you know? Annette x
